Abstract

The provision of immigration to non-Islamic countries Contemporary intellectual study


The purpose of this research is to explain the legitimacy of immigration to the west and residence in this country which is inhabited and ruled by non-Muslims in light of the current events in Muslims countries and the current phenomenon of migration . My plan in this research is as follows :


Introduction.


Then the first topic : on the meaning and types of migration and the texts contained therein "it has three demands" .


First requirement : introduce the immigration linguistically .


Second requirement : shows the types of immigration .


Third requirement : shows the texts contained in the immigration from the Quŕan and Sunnah.


    The second topic : the status of immigration in Islamic legislation and history "it has two demands" .


First requirement : shows the status of immigration in Islamic legislation .


Second requirement : shows history of immigration .


The third topic : the provisions of immigration to non-Muslims countries and the impact of migration on migrants and the Islamic world . "it has two  demands" .


First requirement : shows the provision of immigration to non-Muslim countries .


Second requirement : shows the impact of migration on migrants and the Islamic world .


At the end of research conclusion include the important results I have  reached it then the sources and references .
