Abstract

The book Badaa`a Al-Sanai` by Imam Al-Kasani is considered one of the source books in the doctrine of Imam Abu Hanifa It contains the sayings and evidences of the jurists of the doctrine as well as the sayings of some other doctrines of thought and discusses the issue with their evidence Among these doctrines is by the doctrine of Imam Malik and I chose among these issues the issue of the intention in the obligation to fast to represent it because of its importance, as it is the cornerstone of worship (but actions are by intentions).
