This research aims on shedding light on a scientist of the linguistics scientist who is Alakbary in the book which is titled ( Al- Tibian in Airab Al-Quran). It is considered as a linguistic encyclopedia in addition to what this book contains of rhetorical subjects within it. I started studying these subjects from the rhetorical sides and I clarified the opinions and differences about it between explanation scientist and linguistics scientist. It appeared to me in this research that Alakbary dealt the rhetorical subjects in such a way that does not interfere with the rhetorical scientist though he concerned in Al-Airab side more than the other but he does not ignore the rhetorical subjects and gave a great attention in his book.
