This research aims to highlight the fundamental principles related to Islamic legal rulings that Imam al-Tabari applied in the chapter on Hajj in his book, al-Ta'liqa al-Kubra. It comprises an introduction, two main sections, and a conclusion.
The first section includes three subsections: the first defines the terms in the research title; the second introduces Imam al-Tabari; and the third introduces al-Ta'liqa al-Kubra.
The second section also includes three subsections, each presenting one of the fundamental principles that Imam al-Tabari discussed in the chapter on Hajj in his book, al-Ta'liqa al-Kubra. The conclusion summarizes the most important findings.
