Abstract

The first part of the study deals with three types of demands: the first in the definition of custom, language and terminology, the second in the types of custom, and the third And the third is to change the custom and its reflection on the fatwa, while the third section involves two requirements: the first is the models of the skilled year, and the second is the models of the jurisprudential books (the choice Especially). And finally a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important results.
