Abstract

The words in the statement is based on the Shafi'i protest by the hadith

   Praise be to God and enough, peace and blessings be upon the Prophet Mustafa and his family and companions holding honor and after:

   I have tried in this research to shed light on the protest of Imam Shafi'i - may God have mercy on him - by the hadith, and because the hadith is related to both the Hadith and the fundamentals, I tried to come up with the opinion of modernists and fundamentalists alike to relate the subject to them, and I made the research on the introduction, The second topic is to express the view of the Shafi'i in protesting the hadith, and concluded that al-Shaafa'i is invoking the hadeeth of the hadeeth that is sent, if he is supported by many things that I mentioned. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and thank Allah the god of everything.
