Abstract

            Praise be to God, and may blessings and peace be upon our prophet Muhammad, and on his family and honorable companions, No person is free to be exposed to a particular disease, and require a doctor to diagnose his condition and prescribe to him the appropriate medicine, Hence it is forbidden to sell the corrupt and adulterated medicine, and the necessity of preserving On the patient’s life, Islamic law has placed an important officer in arbitration of an individual’s relationship with the other, and it is neither harmful nor harmful, and that who caused that must have security, Islamic law permitted the pharmacist to work in his field as long as it is in legitimate ways, and no one is harmed, and it is not permissible to violate the laws and regulations legislated by the state, who is in turn, obliged to obey them
