Abstract

It was found in this research that our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, did not abandon the principle of shura when he saw the necessity of making use of it during his administration of Islamic rule in situations of peace and war, and on any subject of society. He asked men and women about their opinions, groups and individuals. From this point of view, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him, he chose the opinion of the majority or at some point, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him, the opinion that his humanitarianism is conducive to the interest of society. His path, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, in applying this principle depended on one of these two approaches. In the first approach, the Prophet, may Allah prayers and peace be upon him, presented the problem to his companions, and he heard the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him and discussed their opinions, and in the second approach one of the Companions expressed his opinion and accepted it, peace be upon him, and researched. with companions to get the best opinion.
