Introducing Usury of the Six Principals and the Contemporary Issues Arising from it

               The jurists have defined usury with many definitions, the Hanafis defined it as the credit that is free of conditional consideration in the sale. As for the Malikis, I did not find an independent definition of usury, and I think that it does not exceed the definitions that the scholars came with. Likewise, and as for the definition of the Hanbalis, usury for them is the increase in specific things, and the ruling on usury came in the Book, the Sunnah and the consensus. In the issue, and the reason for the difference in the issue, and then the chosen saying as we see in the light of the discussion of each issue, and we came out with specific results for the research together.
