                            This jurisprudential research acknowledges by the scholar Al-Bakri Al-Damiati Al-Shafi’i, and his book “The Assistance of the Students”, and his approach with the jurisprudential rules Then, this research investigates in the rule(the Easay-Going does not Fall by the Insolvent) which is. It is one of the important jurisprudence rules and a great foundation of Islam, and it has a great importance among Muslim scholars, and it derives from the major general rule (hardship brings facilitation), which brings relief, removes embarrassment, and drops from the taxpayer what he is unable and unable to This rule is also considered an application of the rule: (Necessity is estimated by its measure), because if the well-to-do and the poor combine, the insolvent falls out of necessity.
