Abstract

The topic of euthanasia in Islamic jurisprudence (Erbil as a model) is one of the valuable topics among the human community. The patient is a trust with the doctor, so it is not permissible to betray this trust because it does not belong to him, rather it belongs to Allah Almighty. For all creatures, taking care of him and protecting him is the duty of the doctor, so it is not permissible for him to increase the crime of medicine, to raise the breathing apparatus, or to prevent him from taking medicine, because this is an attack in Islamic law, but there are some European doctors who have carried out this type of killing under many names. Let them know that this is a crime and premeditated murder that Allah does not forgive.
