Abstract

ABSTRACT

            Different perspectives of scholars about different issues should be based upon the text and its effect rather than passion. This is accepted as far as God Almighty created humans with varying mental and intellectual abilities. This research is mainly concerned with the impact received from hadith’s interpretation.   The study, further, highlights the provisions related to pray. The research follows a comparative jurisprudential approach. The examined model is “The Choices of Asbijabi in his explanation of Al-Tahawi’s summary.  The research entails two sections: section one presents a brief biography of judge Aspejabi, section two tackles the formula of the opening takbeer.  The research ends with its conclusion and cited works.
