ABSTRACT

The science of the fundamentals of jurisprudence is one of the Islamic sciences that are considered general rules and universal laws needed by people of jurisprudence, interpretation, hadith and others. The research deals with the perspective of Shaikh Al-Daban concerning neutralization and weighting as well as paradoxes. The research follows the analytical inductive approach that reads the research sources in the original documents and then analyzes and presents them to the reader. The research falls into introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. Each part discusses the certain information related to the key cores of the study.
