Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research, entitled: (Manhal al-Yanabe’e fi Sharh al-Masabih, by Ali bin Salah al-Din al-Sukhumi, Chapter on the Virtues of the Promising Ten) The book “Masbah al-Sunnah” by Imam al-Baghawi is considered a type of science of hadith; Therefore, it gained importance in this field, so the scholars accepted it and worked on it and took care of it, and they made great efforts in it and spent precious times in serving it. And each has its own approach, and among those who pioneered the explanation of “Masbah al-Sunnah” is Judge Nasser al-Din Abdullah bin Omar al-Baydawi, and he called his explanation “Tuhfat al-Abrar Sharh al-Masbah al-Sunnah” and other scholars, due to the importance of this book, and my desire to serve the honorable hadith of the Prophet, and may God Almighty make it easy I obtained two copies of the manuscript, so I began to investigate and study, relying, after God Almighty, on the most important books and sources in various legal sciences such as interpretation, hadith, creed, biographies, translations, books of strangers and language, and others. This study aims: to serve the sciences of hadith, And to highlight the scientific value of the book, and followed in the study: the inductive approach, then the analytical approach, and the study recommends: the need for science students to direct towards the realization of the Islamic heritage.
