الملخص

The aim of this research is to highlight the sin of adultery and its punishment.  This research is divided into an introduction and two sections.  Section one includes a definition of Imam Wahidi’s life. Section two includes the issue of whipping and stoning. As for the introduction, it deals with the procedures followed in dealing with this topic.  The study follows the approach of comparative jurisprudence.  The conclusion higlights the most important findings and recommendations
