Training Needs of Kindergarten Teachers from their Points of View

ABSTRACT
The aim of the research was to identify the training needs of kindergarten teachers from their points of view. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was built after reviewing the educational literature and previous studies in method of teaching and in psychology .The questionnaire included (20) items divided into two area(cognitive needs and personal needs) and by (10) paragraphs for each, After verifying its validity and stability, it was applied to the members of the sample who were (78) female teachers. Results showed that the training needs were high, both at the cognitive or personal level, and the research concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions
