Abstract

This research deals with a jurisprudential theory deduced from the rules of Islamic law that has a profound effect upon treating embarrassment and facilitating people in matters of their worship affairs.  Though the linguistic formulation of the rule does not exist in the books of jurisprudence, it has been recognizably and particularly applied in the blogs of Hanafi and Maliki jurists.  As far as the disruption of a global epidemic, namely Covid 19 affects people's lives, the following study examines its relevance to the above mentioned theory and its linkage to its overwhelming effects.
