The Termonolgical Fundamental Differences between Hanafis and the Public and its Impact on Judgments

Abstract

The research deals with fundamentalist terms in which Hanafis and the public disagreed, in terms of meaning not in terms of pronunciation and judgment, and the impact of this disagreement on the provisions. This means, that the term in terms of the pronunciation is agreed, but the meaning is carried by the public in a different sense than the one that the Hanafis went to. Does this disagreement result in a disagreement in the rulings or not? The research included fifteen terms, which are the Famous and the single, imposition and duty, practical imposition, hateful forbidden, forbidden, health, corrupt and false, allocation, appearance and text, hidden, mix and overall, made it in two subjects and each subject had five demands.
The first topic: It deals with the personal and academic biography of Lady Fatima bint Asad.
- As for the second topic: I dealt with the hadiths mentioned in Fatima bint Asad in the Prophetic Sunnah.
Then I conclude my research with the most important results.
