   I have tried in this research to shed light on the protest of Imam Shafi'i - may God have mercy on him - by the hadith, and because the hadith is related to both the Hadith and the fundamentals, I tried to come up with the opinion of modernists and fundamentalists alike to relate the subject to them, and I made the research on the introduction, The second topic is to express the view of the Shafi'i in protesting the hadith, and concluded that al-Shaafa'i is invoking the hadeeth of the hadeeth that is sent, if he is supported by many things that I mentioned.
