        Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family and companions, and those who are loyal to him.

Jurisprudential rules are of a great importance as extracting these rules, totals and controls and studying them as a theoretical and applied study, It is the ideal method for collecting the scattered fiqh, containing its issues and facilitating its owner.

The jurisprudential particles, accidents and facts are infinite, and it is impossible to comprehend them, except that the dispute about them is very much among the jurists, unlike the rules, so collecting them is easy and memorizing them is available, and the difference in them in general is few, and our last claim is that praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
