الملخص

Inheritance means the obligatory heritage for the heirs including the inherited money or succession. It is applied by certain rules and jurisprudence where people can recognize those who deserve the heritage and even each one’s portion. Supersede is regarded as one of the most complicated matters in inheritance. It means the existence of more than one dead person before heritage division. So if one person is dead, and then before heritage division one of his heirs is also dead, then this event is called supersede. It has three cases: the first one is when the two dead persons share the same heirs; the second case is when the two dead persons do not share the same heirs; and the third case is that if there are more dead persons other than the first two dead persons.
