The Approach of Prof. Dr. Imad El-Din Khalil in Employing the Texts of the Noble Qur’an and Their Purposes in His Historical and Intellectual Works: A Descriptive study

Abstract

Professor thinker Imad Al-Din Khalil is considered as a pioneering knight in the field of contemporary Islamic thought and history. The researcher wants to shed light on his advocacy culture, and the purposes of the verses of the Noble Qur’an that he has defined and employed in his historical and intellectual works, and to clarify his method in the scientific research, for which the researcher named this paper: Prof. Dr. Imad El-Din Khalil's Approaches in Employing the Texts of the Noble Qur’an and Their Purposes in His Historical and Intellectual Works - descriptive study- The most significant results that this paper has concluded is that: Prof. Dr. Imad Al-Din Khalil has a remarkable methods in employing the purposes of the Holy Qur’an and Qur’anic texts in explaining the historical movement in the Holy Qur’an, by comparing it with the man-made doctrines, also he prepared a clear plan for that. In addition he followed the approach of topical interpretation of the Qur’anic verses in various issues Including: moral values in the Noble Qur’an, evidence of Qur’anic miracles, dealing with nature, the Qur’an’s combat strategy, and many others; He collected these Qur’anic texts, analyzed them, and used them to build the Islamic intellectual mind. In order to achieve the supreme goal of human existence on earth, and for Muslims to prevail every time and years.
